Sintered Stone
(Porcelain)
Sintered stone is an advanced engineered surface material produced by subjecting natural mineral powders to extreme heat and pressure, replicating the geological processes that form natural stone within a controlled industrial environment.
It is characterized by exceptional durability, including high resistance to heat, scratching, staining, and moisture, while containing no resins or binders. These properties make it suitable for a wide range of applications, such as countertops, wall cladding, and flooring.
In essence, sintered stone combines the aesthetic qualities of natural stone with enhanced mechanical and functional performance.

Quartz
Quartz (engineered quartz) is a composite surface material made from natural quartz crystals combined with polymer resins and pigments, formed under controlled manufacturing conditions.
It is known for its strength, non-porous structure, and resistance to staining and scratching. Unlike sintered stone, quartz surfaces typically contain resins, which provide flexibility and consistency in appearance but also make them less resistant to high temperatures.
Quartz is widely used for interior applications such as kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, and wall surfaces, offering a balance of durability, aesthetics, and ease of maintenance.

Saw Blades
USC porcelain cutting saw blades are high-performance diamond blades specifically engineered for cutting ultra-compact surfaces (UCS), including sintered stone and porcelain materials.
They feature advanced diamond bonding technology and reinforced cores, enabling precise, clean cuts with minimal chipping even on extremely dense and hard surfaces. These blades are typically designed for wet cutting applications to ensure cooling, extend blade life, and maintain cutting quality.
