Manufacturing Strength
Hebei Lingbiao Technology Development Co., Ltd. is one of the core porcelain and sintered stone manufacturing companies within JW GROUP’s production system.
The facility represents a total investment of RMB 2.08 billion, covers approximately 400 mu of land, and has an annual production capacity of up to 12 million m².
Equipped with advanced Italian production technology and key equipment, including SACMI presses, SYSTEM digital inkjet printing systems, automated density inspection systems, and Airpower intelligent glazing systems, the facility supports stable production of large-format porcelain and sintered stone slabs, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance.
Guided by the concept of Industry 4.0, the manufacturing system focuses on intelligent automation, clean production, energy efficiency, low-carbon development, and sustainable manufacturing.
